This empowers the consumers to interact, order, complain, and provide feedback straight through the company pages (Facebook, Instagram and sometimes Youtube) .It also makes spamming and irrelevant comments from the consumers very easy to float among the rest of the interaction. These negative comments are documented and visible to other consumers, stock holders, company employees and the mass for ever. This significantly damages brand image that companies spend a fortune to build.
