For many years, objectivity has been regarded as an important value and goal for ethical journalists. However, beginning in the $1960$s$-1970$s$,$ some journalists and observers started to argue against the value. In $1-2$ paragraphs, $1)$ identify and briefly explain two arguments against objectivity as an ideal, $2)$ name at least one figure who raised questions about objectivity and how, $3)$ identify an alternative value that may be better suited for contemporary journalism, $4)$ briefly provide your opinion of whether you agree with the arguments against objectivity or believe it should remain an ideal in journalism.
