Groups only provide partial components/elements of the QMS per the below points 1 - 6
- Introduction of your chosen scenario with scope of organization
- Name and briefly explain some of the most important fundamental components for this organization (4 - 5)per week 3 class discussion/material
- Define one most important process in this organization and explain it(you can use SIPOC, Turtle Diagram, or process flow chart) including interaction with some other processes.Be clear and concise, per week 3 discussions (and 9 flow chart)
- For the above predefined process, identify one constraint and briefly provide a workaround. (per week 7 class material and discussion)
- For the above process, create a Standard Operating Procedure. SOP needs to contain fields such as Title, Owner of Document, Revision Number, Department or area where it applies, and step by step instructions (do not need to be very technically detailed/specific) per point 3 above.
- For the above SOP, create two (2) quality forms you do not need to fill in any data(a checklist, an QC form, etc, etc)
