For Problems $1-8$ documentation$/$steps of how the results were obtained is necessary to receive credit.

Without any insight provided of how the results were obtained no credit will be given.

For the Matlab problems:

Working code needs to be submitted together with clear instructions on how to run the code $($if

necessary$)$ in order to receive credit.

The code must contain comments briefly describing the steps you implement. Write the scripts

by hardcoding the inputs according to the problem. DO NOT write scripts that expect a user

input.

The scripts must print out the required output ON THE CONSOLE. Do not save your outputs in

the Matlab workspace.

The console$/$plotted output of the codes together with your observations and learnings from the

results need to be submitted as well in the report. The discussion carries a significant weight

towards the problem credit. Partial credit will be awarded for submitting codes without

discussion of the outcome.

Problem $5$:

a$.$ For small $x$ which is the better way of evaluating $(2-x{)}^3$ directly as: $(2-x{)}^3$ or

c$.$ Find a good wat to evaluate $e^x-1$ for $x$ near $0.$ Explain your approach
