For this assignment, assume that you have been asked by your supervisor at work to give a short presentation on Kolb's Experiential Learning to your staff (because you are such an expert on it!). Your supervisor would you like you to provide an overview of what it is along with some descriptions of each of the development stages. Your supervisor is interested in seeing how Kolb's model could be integrated at your business and would like you to come up with one example of a learning process that might be done using the Kolb approach.
