For this assignment consider the following research question: "Is the relationship between job satisfaction and work performance potentially stronger/weaker for some types of work compared to other types of work?"

To help answer the research question, assume the role of research scientist and design a correlational study to answer the research question. Be sure to describe your proposed research in sufficient detail using appropriate terminology from the Appendix readings so it is clear how the research would proceed (e.g., who would participate in the research, what would you ask them to do and/or what would you measure or assess? etc.).

Once you have described the research, provide a brief commentary on the advantages/disadvantages associated with the correlational approach versus an experimental approach for conducting OB research.
