Given that most performance appraisal processes are not perfect, you'll reflect on your knowledge of the system, the information from this module, and make recommendations to your company.

Specifically, please address the following in your assignment:

Describe the current performance appraisal process including what is rated, who the rater$/$s are, how often ratings occur, and what the feedback is like.

Make a recommendation about the system overall. What modifications could be made that might increase employee attitudes toward the system itself?

Make a recommendation for raters or managers. That is what could they do differently in their approach to rating and$/$or providing feedback to increase employee attitudes about performance appraisal?

Finally make a recommendation at the employee level. What could employees do in terms of their involvement in performance appraisal to increase their satisfaction with the process?

Finally, do you believe these recommendations, taken together, could result in no improvement, a small improvement, a moderate improvement, or a large improvement in employee attitudes regarding performance appraisal? Why?
