For this assignment, students are expected to research a recent crisis a well-known organization has experienced. Use the concepts presented in the textbook and course materials to assess how the leaders communicated during the crisis situation and managed it.

A successful submission will address these aspects of how the leaders handled the crisis:

General Information about the Crisis (what, when and how)

Did they take responsibility for the crisis?

Did they build trust and engaged with stakeholders?

Did they communicate with the stakeholders? Was there a particular communication plan presented and style used? Which communication channels were utilized?

Did they use any of the tips learned in chapter 6 about leading during a crisis? If so which ones. If not, which ones should they have used.
