For this assignment, students are expected to research a recent crisis that a well-known organization has experienced. Use the concepts presented in the textbook and course materials to assess how the leaders communicated during the crisis situation. No voiceover or video required, however, please make sure for maximum points to review the grading rubric and address each question.
