2. Review your results to identify current strengths and weaknesses

3. Synthesize your results and your review outcomes to generate a paper profile describing (1) the assets upon which you will build, and (2) the areas where you will grow and improve. You will upload that profile here as the assignment to be graded.

4. Complete a peer review for one of your classmates to

• identify alignments between the profile and what you know about leaders and leadership (i.e., comment on the identified strengths and weaknesses most relevant to leading)
• identify similarities and differences between your individual profiles (i.e., comment on elements of the profile you are reviewing that match and/or differ from your own);
• suggest strategies and activities for "marshaling" assets (i.e., what are some concrete ways that your classmate can utilize his/her assets to contribute to an organization in a leadership role) and addressing growth/improvement opportunities (i.e., what kinds of activities and strategies could support capacity-building in the areas identified).
