For this assignment, students will need to find an interesting court case involving one of the ethical issues we have covered during the semester. Topics must be approved by the instructor!! This is NOT a group project!! Use several sources to thoroughly investigate the case. You are encouraged you to incorporate professional ethics ( i.e. ANA Nursing Code of Ethics, ARRT Code of Ethics, and others as they apply), in addition to traditional ethical concepts/personal beliefs.Students will need to write a paper based on the following questions:

1) Identify the ethical issues present in this case.

2) Did other resources reveal any other information? Is it credible? Who are the stakeholders and what is their position?

3) What are the stakeholder's options? Is there consideration for other's point of view?

4) What would you have done in this case? Why? How does the code of ethics from your profession apply to this situation?

5) Identify the positive and negative results of the action you have chosen and discuss.
