For this assignment, you are going to analyze your own leadership background and skills. You are going to answer the following:

• Leadership experience: Write a summary of your leadership experience. If you haven't been in leadership roles, discuss some of the experiences you've had that could translate to leadership
• Leadership strengths: Write a summary of the strengths you feel you have that would help you in a leadership position
• Leadership weaknesses: Write a summary of the weaknesses you feel you have with regard to taking on leadership roles
• Leadership plan of action: Once you've addressed these areas, you are going to create a plan of action. You are going to come up with 4 actionable steps you can take to improve your leadership skills. For each step, you are going to explain how this could help to either bolster a strength, address a weakness, or add leadership experience to your skillset.
