The second file will provide details of a plan for approaching the estimating work. This should include the

type and nature of documents $($or information$)$ required for estimates, a brief outline of the order $($stages$)$ in which

the estimate will be completed, the tools for collecting the information, any "rules" that will be followed during the

preparation of the estimate, and plans for naming electronic files related to an estimate.
