For this assignment, you will be creating a used car dealer simulator. IN PYTHON First, you should print out a welcome message with the name of your dealership. You should next ask the customer which car they want to buy. You should then ask the customer how much they want to pay for the car. Be sure to use the car they specified when asking for price.

Once you have the car and price, it's time to hit your customer with the fees. A list of fees and amounts are shown below. All of the fees are flat fees as listed, except for the sleaze tax and restocking fee, which are $5\%$ and $12\%$ of the car$$s base price, respectively. You should output a report of the total car$$s cost as shown. Make sure to line up all of the prices.
