Used Car Sales Program

For this assignment, you will be creating a used car dealer simulator. First, you should print out a welcome message with the name of your dealership. Read from a file or stdin which car the customer wants to buy. Then read how much they want to pay for the car. Be sure to use the car they specified when displaying the suggested price.

Once you have the car and price, it's time to hit your customer with the fees. A list of fees and amounts are shown below. All of the fees are flat fees as listed, except for the sleaze tax and restocking fee, which are 5% and 12% of the cars base price, respectively. You should output a report of the total cars cost as shown. Make sure to line up all of the prices.
