For this assignment, you will be expanding on the work you have completed so far by looking at the company you chose $($Starbucks$)$ and two of its competitors. You will describe each company's digital business presence and models. Compare and contrast how each company uses their business models. After completing this description, you will choose a business problem of your selected company. Your choice of problem for this milestone will be the problem you work on for the rest of the class. This problem should be one that you can solve with a new or modified business model or marketing strategy. Finally, you will draft marketing recommendations to solve the identified business problem.

Review the module resources you have so far encountered, your work in Modules One and Two, and the feedback from your instructor. In addition, it is suggested that you visit the Digital Marketing Research Guide for guidance on conducting business research.

Specifically, you must address the following rubric criteria:

Compare and contrast the digital business model of your selected company with the models of two of its competitors.

Include brief descriptions of the business models of each as well as their benefits and drawbacks.

Identify the business problem of the selected company.

Articulate its relationship to the company$$s current digital business model and provide details about how the company$$s needs are not addressed by the business$$s current digital business model.

Provide recommendations for a new digital business model or modifications to the existing business model. Your recommendations will address the business problem.

Include specifics about how your recommendations will use marketing principles. How will they improve the company$$s position against competitors and resolve its business problem?
