For this assignment, you will be required to submit a topic proposal. Your research project should be 5-10 pages in length for each section.Describing the topic, you wish to research. Submit an APA-style paper, citing and referencing at least 5 sources.

The Term Project assignment offers the opportunity to explore/research a specific topic in computer systems in-depth and present your findings in the form of a written report. Your term project must be 5-10 pages not including a cover page and reference section.

You selected from one of the following five topics on computer systems (but not limited to).

1. LiFi as a new emerging network (You can focus on any aspect of this new technology, ie. benefits, comparison to existing technology, etc...).
2. New emerging technology in Computer Architecture (Processors, processing power, etc...).
3. Information Systems, roles in society, importance in organizations and how IS will assist new fields (i.e. data analytics).
4. Cyber Security is not a new issue. In fact, there has always been opportunistic people. Since the Internet was opened publicly years ago, security of the Internet was no longer possible. With all the recent hacks security is still not seen by some as essential.
5. Describe systems at risk, data breaches, the need for disaster recovery, and how data centers fit into this equation.
6. Integration of technology is a new and exciting thing. Discuss how design and implementation is important and how to apply it to a new developing system.

The topic selected should include a comprehensive assessment of the basics of computers, the role in which they play, and the needs of an organization and/or person.

For all topics, you are required to reflect how Saint Leo's core value of Integrity relates. ***To answer this, you will need to include this section in your proposal and website-only*** Do not include in your final research. Your research should be specific to your topic.

The research paper should outline the following:

• The section on Integrity and how CS relates

• Finally, your proposal should be formatted in APA, 12 Font or equal San Serf as allowed by your professor, double spaced.
