For this assignment, you will create a remix using any type of media you like. Your objective is to demonstrate how you can copy, transform, and combine existing elements to create something original. You must also demonstrate ethical use of material by crediting the sources in whatever way is most appropriate for your chosen medium. Since this is a school project, you are technically allowed to use copyrighted materials without infringing on copyright laws provided that you don't share those materials publicly; however, you are encouraged to use Creative Commons licensed work wherever possible.Please note: You are not limited to creating a digital remix. You could create a collage or a remixed text made from combining other texts.Use the following checklist to ensure your remix meets the assignment's criteria. If you have an idea for a remix and you're not sure if it would meet the criteria, check with your teacher.
