For this assignment you will implement a simple numeric converter .

Requirements:

1.Two text boxes are used. One is for decimal and one for hexadecimal.

2.Only one box has data. The conversion direction is to the empty text box.

3.All calculations are done with the uint data type.

4.Errors are reported by use of a label control with text that has a white background and red foregraound color.

5.Any error displayed is cleared on the next successfule operation.

6.The Clear button clears all boxes and any error message.

7.No exceptions are allowed to be generated by a user no matter what they do. An error comment must be displayed.

8.Test all posibilities such as missing or bad data or both boxes having content.
