For this assignment, you'll be expected to develop $($i$.$e$.,$ "make up$")$ a case of your own that requires the application of some of the principles relating to managing nonprofits that we$$ve discussed in MGT $440.$ It is expected that your case will be substantive in nature and provide valuable insight into the effective management of nonprofit organizations The case you develop need not be particularly long $(1/2$ to $3/4$ of a page, single spaced, will suffice$),$ but it will need to be integrative $--$ meaning that it$$ll need to deal with several of the concepts we$$ve discussed $($not just one or two$).$ To that end, make sure that the scenario you create deals with at least four different principles of nonprofit management found in at least four different chapters in our ebook. Once you$$ve developed your case, pose four moderately challenging discussion questions $($one for each topic area$).$ Then, using your knowledge of nonprofit management principles, respond to the questions you$$ve posed. Make sure you are comprehensive and specific in your responses.
