For this assignment, your group will complete two pieces of work:

1. An Outline which will include:

• a brief introduction to your organization,
• the identification of 2 key HR Planning issues for that organization and the reasons why you believe they are key HR Planning issues;
• 2 possible HR Planning Solutions;
• and a group work plan (who will do what and by when) to support the successful completion of your group report by the due date.

The Outline will be submitted as a report in Word format using twelve font. This outline will be no longer than three pages long excluding the title page and any table of contents. This outline will be worth 10 % of your final course grade.
