Gather as much information about the workplace activities that you can, any information that you need and dont have you can make educated assumptions and list those assumptions in your report.
Your case study report should be organized in 3 parts:
1. Introduction summary:
Outlines the workplace you chose and any assumptions you made in order to prepare this and includes:
o Building type (occupancy)
o Occupant load (for this case study assume more than 300 people)
o Multiple levels? (stairs, elevators)
o Hazardous materials inside/outside?
o Identify if there are any confined spaces in the workplace?
2. Fire Drill Procedures:
o The procedures (following the guidelines listed in section 4.4 above and Division B section 2.8 of the fire code)
o Evacuation map
o Signage that you might have posted in the workplace
o Drill testing forms
3. The training plan:
o Responsibilities of workplace parties
o Who needs to be trained
o What they need to be trained on
