For this final module, you will be completing your final project. This project asks that you reflect on the amendments we have covered over the course of the class, and then use your own opinions and ideas to modify one of those amendments. The intent is that your modification will change the way that the amendment is interpreted.

You will begin by completing some background research, and then will develop the resources that support your modification. Next, you will discuss any possible flaws in the resources or your proposed modification with your classmates. Finally, you will submit the final modification.

Please remember that amendments are different from statutory laws or case law. Amendments are in our Constitutions and are intended to last forever - they need to be vague enough to cover a variety of situations and also specific enough to not have loopholes (like we've discussed throughout the course!). ONLY FORCUS ON First, Fourth, Fifth, Sixth, and Eighth ADMENDMENTS
