An emphasis will be placed on challenging students' practical knowledge related to evolving and guiding the behaviors of stakeholders towards specific organizational objectives. Each team must submit a written case paper $(4-6$ pages$).$ APA writing conventions should be followed with a minimum of five $(5)$ sources referenced and cited. If any member fails to actively contribute to this assignment, her$/$his individual grade will be lowered at the discretion of the instructor. Option $2$: In recent years, Seattle's homelessness crisis has turned into a major public concern. Many initiatives have been proposed and implemented; however, this crisis continues to grow at a fast pace. It is evident that this homelessness issue represents a highly complex problem, thereby demanding a complex solution.

Conduct some research to develop an in$-$depth understanding of Seattle's homelessness crisis and its various dimensions. Obviously, you are not expected to come up with a solution that will thoroughly end this concerning issue. However, to begin to make a difference, propose an ideal large$-$scale$/$collective behavior to partially solve this matter. This collective behavior can be formed within different groups of involved parties$/$stakeholders$,$ such as the homeless population, government agencies, members of the community $($i$.$e$.,$ the general public$),$ and$/$or any combination of these social systems. From a technical perspective, you are tasked with engineering a desired collective behavior, which involves providing a proper context and$/$or set of conditions to facilitate the emergence of a behavioral pattern $($i$.$e$.,$ a group of people engaging in a common action$)$ that could potentially improve the homelessness situation.
