Students are to write a one page encouragement memo to their employees.

The memo should consider the following:

$$ Negative behaviors $($specific problems$)$

$$ How to continue the good

$$ How improve on the not so good

$$ Overall tone is very important

Remember you are trying to get your employees to do a better job through encouragement

rather than being Punitive.
