For this part of the assignment you will create a detailed schedule for Roger's campaign towards thier investors about reassuring investors that the family argument is not impeding the organizations ability to maintain or improve firm performance or resulting in poor leadershipin the form of a Gantt chart. I would suggest using Excel, but if there are other tools which you are comfortable with, you can use them. But be aware, that this must be a fully detailed schedule, not an overview/infographic. Begin by reviewing your Campaign Plan. Break it down into major stages so that you have more manageable pieces. Then identify key milestones throughout duration of the project.
Milestones are points in time that mark key events. Each milestone has a date associated with it. Milestones may include your kickoff date, end date, key accomplishments - such as completion of a major stage, key events etc. You will use these milestones to monitor the progress of your program. Identifying the milestones will help you understand the shape of the program. For example you may have some dates that are absolutely unmovable e.g. you have an event that must fall on a particular date, or your project MUST be completed by March 1st,,etc. Associate the milestone dates that you know, and then try to build a rough outline of the program based on the key stages and major milestones.
Then you will fill in the detail. This means identifying all of the tasks necessary to complete the key stages and achieve the milestones. This should be quite detailed and at the task level. A task is generally something that takes a few days, a week at most to complete and requires no more than three people to complete.
Once you have broken down your program into the specific tasks, create your schedule. As you fill in the details, you may find tasks have to move. Your final schedule should include milestones, task names, start and end dates and a graphic display of the duration of each task.

Include estimates of all costs throughout the implementation. Use the major categories Labour, Production, Management/administrative. Also include an estimate of the budget for the evaluation stage. For budgeting, you will need to make some decisions around your average hourly rate, and then consider how many hours/days it will take to complete a task. You will also need to obtain or create estimates if you are planning any physical collateral (promotional materials). All estimates should be based on reality, in other words, do you research!
