The manager of the department is often observed talking down to employees and appears to micro manage them as well. The department has seen an increase in turnover, from 10% to 25% in the last 6 months. You notice that some long standing employees are leaving and the CEO is asking you to investigate. In your investigation you determine that the employees are leaving because of the management and decision making style of th manager.
