For this project, you are going to create a new organization. You have a lot of leeway on this. It can be for$-$profit or non$-$profit and can be any size you want $($anywhere from a small business to a large, international megacorporation and anything in between$).$ While you can make it like an existing organization, it should not be the same and should not use any titles$/$names of real people or organizations. Choosing one of the formats below, address the following points:

Discuss how you will address the three focus areas $($Customer$,$ Workforce, and Process, described in part $1$ of the textbook$).$

Describe how you will measure and control quality as well as how you will address process improvement $($described in part $2$ of the textbook$).$

Indicate whether you would use the Balanced Scorecard or Baldrige Framework for performance scope and measurement and why $($Chapter $12)$ and explain your rationale.

Outline the key characteristics you are looking for in members of your leadership team $($use Chapter $13$ as your backdrop$).$

Describe the role and$/$or impact of generative Al on your organization.
