b$.$ Create a SWOT analysis of this same small business as it currently operates today.

c$.$ Were there any significant differences, changes, and outcomes between the first SWOT analysis and the second SWOT analysis?

d$.$ What would you recommend to the current manager of this business after doing the comparison of their SWOT analyses?
