For this project, you will create 2 different SWOT analyses for a particular small hospitality business and produce a thoughtful comparison of them. Refer back to Chapter 9 on SWOT analyses. Choose a local small business in your area that would be considered part of the hospitality and tourism industry. This could be a family-owned restaurant or caf, motel, city tour agency, etc.

a. Create a SWOT analysis of this small business from when it first opened. First, make sure to do your research in getting to know more about this local company.

b. Create a SWOT analysis of this same small business as it currently operates today.

c. Were there any significant differences, changes, and outcomes between the first SWOT analysis and the second SWOT analysis?

d. What would you recommend to the current manager of this business after doing the comparison of their SWOT analyses?
