For this reflection, you will be exploring how the organization with which you are working for your CEP views their role in society insofar as it serves to provide opportunities and outcomes for those in society.

Respond to the prompts below and discuss your thoughts regarding the organization you opted to work with for your Civic Engagement Project $($CEP$).$

$1.$ Discuss how did your CEP experience helped you practice citizenship through community engagement initiatives that support human dignity and recognize varying viewpoints and differing values?

$2.$ Examine the organization from the perspective of someone served by the organization. What does the organization do for them? For society? Why would a person served see value in what the organization does?

$3.$ Examine the organization from the perspective of one of its employees, senior volunteers, or organizational leaders. Why is the person working there? What motivates the individual to be involved or to stay? How does the individual contribute to a good society by working with the group?
