c. Details about the target audience

d. Demonstrate how your recommendations is designed to address performance issues. For example, develop and demonstrate a procedure for safe handling of X to reduce accidents with X.

e. Reference to WHS legislation, codes of practice or standards. For example, develop and train a relevant safety procedure with close reference to an Australian Standard or model code of practice.

f. Discussion of how WHS issues are resolved in the workplace (e.g. bullet point process).
