For this topic, I am going to allow a free space to share on whatever your thoughts are on this topic as it pertains to our slides on leadership, and your own life experience with positive or negative examples of a leader(s) that you have encountered. I find it interesting because no matter what area of life you are looking at, there is always an opportunity to be a leader. Many times we associate leadership with being the boss or the coach, but sometimes leadership is choosing to do the right thing in front of a group of others, leading by example or paying it forward. It takes alot of work to be a leader no matter what the context is. We are all leaders in something! It is important to understand that what makes a good leader is sometimes the opposite of what one might think. We tend to think of strong, extremely confident bold people as leaders, but as you had a chance to review leadership qualities this week it is really about being a great person in the environment that you live and work in. It is about managing people and their personalities, their strengths and building on their weaknesses. It requires listening and empathy, emotional intelligence and strength. We are all leaders in something in our lives, as we are all passionate about something. :) People can be regarded as leaders because of thier humility or their strength. What are your thoughts? Please read through the slides and reflect on your own experiences. Did a leader help or hinder you? Did they bully or inspire you? What were some of the topics from the slides that you have seen in different leaders
