For this week's assignment, you will identify the key stakeholders within the healthcare setting that could be affected by the outcome of (Alarm Fatigue and How to Reduce It) that will lead to facility change. Remember this is your research project and you will basically complete the research, not the stakeholders. However, the stakeholders can be affected by your research. Describe the role each identified key stakeholder will play to be in support or to challenge the proposed research and facility change, listing a minimum of 3 stakeholders. An example would include: My chosen topic could be using more nutrition and less pharmaceuticals as a preventative wellness choice. One stakeholder is the pharmaceutical company, who may have reduced sales from this research and maybe a barrier to this research and projected change. Another affected stakeholder would be the medical professionals who now may have to fill out extra paperwork to assist you in your research, and they may not appreciate the added duty.
