Summarize your initial impressions about the history of labor unions in both Europe and the United States, identifying at least three $(3)$ main findings that impacted you the most.

Summarize your thoughts with regards to the need to balance the needs of employees for fair wages, safe working conditions, representation in unions and the companies needs to produce products at a "reasonable" profit.

Summarize the federal government's role in enacting legislation to take in consideration the needs of both parties, by citing at least two $(2)$ pieces of federal legislation and what these enactments are trying to accomplish.
