For this week's discussion, please reference 'Appendix C' in the back of your text books. This is an example of a collective agreement for Clean Right Partners Inc. This week I would like you to analyze this collective agreement to identify areas where the union and the employer may like to see changes or additions to their collective agreement. To do this you must review Chapter 7, Collective Agreement Terms.

In your post, please identify two areas the union and the employer may want to change and explain why. When responding to your classmates, please try to draw from your own experiences if you have any working in either a union/non-union workplace and identify if these would make difference for the better or worse.
