Please act as though you are in the role of a consultant who has been brought in by the CEO of Walmart to lead a tiger team.

A tiger team is an efficient, highly motivated, and diverse team created to solve or troubleshoot specific major issues facing your organization.

During this Assessment, Please analyze Walmart's culture, social climate, and overall purpose using Section 1 of your playbook. Provide examples (where appropriate) while addressing the requirements for the following three parts.

Any organization facing a problem, whether internal or external, might find this playbook useful. Walmart may not be experiencing any issues now; however, some common issues can be brought to the table-for example, your firm could be experiencing a decline in sales and losing its once abundant target market, or an internal problem, such as high turnover in the operations department or a loss of morale throughout the organization. Some or all of these examples might be found in your organization, but they are not all-inclusive. For the purposes of this exercise, you are at liberty to utilize your creativity to craft an issue the organization is facing. Be sure to consider the different functional areas, or business units, within Walmart to ensure that you are doing a thorough analysis.
