Next, work through each of the SLEEPE principles by

Labeling each individual element of the SLEEPE principle and defining it

Applying that element to the current situation and discussing its application

writing at least a paragraph (5-7 sentences) per SLEEPE element

Finally, based on your discussion of the SLEEPE principle, what is the appropriate decision the organization should have made? Is this in fact the decision that was made? Discuss any differences based on your new understanding of the application of the SLEEPE principle to this decision. Personally react with any of your thoughts on the analysis of this situation.

Make sure to cite at least two sources. Identify your position, bring in your evidence, state your conclusions, and include any personal stories, opinions, etc. that support your conclusions.
