3. Explain where conflict can come from. Define the 4 sources as explained in your textbook.

2. Review Conflict resolution methods: Study Figure 11.3 on page 288 of your textbook. Choose 5 of the methods listed and describe them in your own words. Then, provide an example for each one.

3. Create a company conflict resolution policy. In general, it should explain when Human Resources should get involved, as well as the consequences of breaking the rules.
