1. In 1-3 sentences, provide a clear definition of ethics in your own words.

2. Outline your companys code of ethics. The code must address ALL of the following categories:

1. Accountability
2. Use of company property/resources
3. Conflicts of interest
4. Lawful behavior
5. Discrimination/Harassment
6. Favors/gifts to or from clients
7. Whistleblowing/reporting violations

You must provide a 1-3 sentence explanation of your companys ethics rules for each category.
