For your project you are going to create a point factor job evaluation plan. Your job evaluation needs to be a point factor job evaluation. Your job evaluation needs to have no less than 3 compensable factors and no more than 9 compensable factors. You must provide a definition of each of the factors you select. You must also scale the factors with degrees within each factor with varying point levels. Each factor should have a minimum of 3 and a maximum of 7 degrees (levels). Like the compensable factors, the degrees need to be defined. Provide greater weights to those factors you believe are of greater importance to the job and job family you are evaluating.
