For your second written assignment, we will focus on mission, vision, and values of an organization related to the organization's international business transactions:

Research a company that has posted its mission and vision statement online.

• Identify the company and share its mission and vision statement on the page directly after your title page. Include the organizational values also. The second page of your paper should only contain the company's mission and vision statement along with the organization's values. Cite your source(s).
• Review what the company is actually doing internationally including innovations, initiatives, product development, marketing, and so on. How sincerely and effectively do you feel the mission and vision statements reflect the companys international actions? Provide examples.
• How does the company live out its values on a global scale, and how do those values support the company's vision and mission statements in both the home country and foreign countries the organization is doing business in?
• Explain if the companys mission and vision statement have helped or hindered its overall success on an international scale.
• What recommendations do you have for the company to be even more successful in ensuring that vision, mission, and values are supported by all employees internationally, and not simply in the country where the corporate office is located?
