FORMATIVE ASSESSMENT 2 [100 Marks] This is an integrated assessment. Students are required to complete this project in order to pass this module. The purpose of the assessment is to gauge competence in MS Project and application across the project management syllabus. CSR Project: Primary School Renovation Background You have just completed a Postgraduate Diploma in Project Management and are currently planning as part of your companys Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR), to renovate a local primary school. All five (5) buildings on the school premises are in need of a major painting. Develop a project proposal on for the implementation of this CSR project. All processes planned for should be finalised within 1 month. You are required to submit a proposal in the report format provided below, outlining how all planning and preparation would be effected.
