Your training plan should include the following information: * Size and type of organization. * Method(s) of training (e.g. online, classroom, train the trainer, offsite, book, etc.)? Critically assess the following questions: * Does the plan contain all of the required elements (see above)? * Does the plan seem reasonable given the nature of the organization?
