Do not edit your answer after posting. For this assignment, I want you to come up with an information security training plan for all of the employees in your healthcare organization. If you do not currently work in a healthcare organization or don't want to use your current employer, you can use USA Children's and Women's Hospital for this assignment. Your training plan should include the following information: * Size and type of organization. * Method(s) of training (e.g. online, classroom, train the trainer, offsite, book, etc.)? You do not have to choose the same training method for all employees. * Method(s) of ensuring comprehension of the material (e.g. quizzes/tests, certification, self report, etc.)? * When the training will take place (e.g. at home during off hours, during regular work hours, overtime, travel, etc.)? * How will you provide coverage for employees who train during work hours or need to miss work to train? 3 Cross-post Instructions: Choose one training plan to critique. Try to choose one that has not already been assessed. Critically assess the following questions: * Does the plan contain all of the required elements (see above)? * Does the plan seem reasonable given the nature of the organization? For example, if we are a small clinic and the plan calls for sending all staff to offsite training, we would have to shut down the clinic. That's not really feasible. * Is the plan cost effective? There should be a balance between the cost and quality of training. Does this plan achieve the optimal mix? Do all employees need the same level and type of training
