From the Case study, it is clearly mentioned that the basic need is to Reduce the Maintenancecost of its Dealer management information system of its existing Dealers. This DealerManagement System is provided by a third-party Vendors, who recently in the last financial yearhad doubled its licensing and Maintenance fee which intend effected on the dealer profitability.From the fish bone diagram, we had considered the primary effect is to reduce the cost of dealermanagement system. This need is generated by the top management of the organization. In thecase study we are considering four amin categories, they are Organizations, Vendors, Dealers,and Technologies.
