From the Case Study, your manager has asked you to submit your rationale for the decision you made. Explain your choice, and your best estimate of the consequences of your choice for all parties, with careful attention to all details of the case that affected your decision. Provide at least three specific factors that were critical in your decision$-$making process.

On your follow$-$up posts to other students: Respond to a student with a different outcome from you, and offer a rebuttal to their reasoning. Your challenge can be based on fact, challenge assumptions, alternative interpretations, or examples from relevant experience.

Find a student who chose the same outcome as yours. Compare the reasoning for the decision with your own. If the student came to the same decision by a different path, do you agree with his or her reasoning? As above, offer rebuttal for points with which you disagree, and further confirmation with additional evidence for those points you agree.
