From the initial simulation result is shows that the registration counter has the highest maximum number in queue, though improvement must be made on it as it$$s a service system and customer$/$client satisfaction is a key essential quality to service delivery and efficiency. Hence improvement will be made on the system by increasing the resource registrar to $2$ and the pharmacist to $2$ for maximum system efficiency.
