Hello there!

Thank you for sending over the estimates of how much time and cost are needed to correct the typical errors that Project ACME will address. I had a follow$-$up meeting with the regional leads and some senior leaders to share this information as an indication of the Project ACME benefits. The leaders were clear that the global launch of Project ACME is a priority.

I asked the regional leads to send information about resourcing and Project $2$ so that we can establish where to focus the first implementation efforts. I outlined the months until Project $2$ is complete $($P$2),$ the resource availability for Project ACME in each region over the next six months $($resources$),$ and the change management effort $($effort$).$ As you can see, CSAM is finished with their Project $2$ work, and we are unclear about the India details.

Can you review this and provide your thoughts on where to start? We$$d ideally like to show a big reduction in errors and costs sooner rather than later. Talk soon!
