In chapter 6, you read about the five steps of the Consumer Decision Process. Think about the last big purchase you made (or are planning to make) and think about the 5 steps and answer the below questions. What is the product? What is the need for the product? Why do you want it? Did you complete an external search or an internal search when doing your research on making the purchase? What did you find out in your research? What are some of the alternatives to the product that you decided on? After making the purchase, were you satisfied? Why or why not? Did you experience any form of buyers remorse? Are you now a loyal customer? Why or why not
