Function $2$ is called too$\_$cold. It takes two parameters, temperature and vacation. As a Floridian, if the temperature is below $70$ degrees it is too cold. Unless you are on vacation and then if is below $50$ it is too cold. Return True if you are cold, and False if you are not. The temperature parameter will be a float given in Fahrenheit from $-100$ to $115,$ vacation will be a Boolean $($either True or False$).$
